3. Product Customization and Orders
When you place an order with Pawseternal:
- You agree that all information provided (pet photos, names, dates, inscriptions) is accurate and that you have the right to use the provided materials
- We will send you a design proof within 24 hours of order receipt
- You must approve the proof before we begin production
- Products are handcrafted within 5–7 business days after approval
- Changes to orders after production has begun may not be possible
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Payment is required before production begins
- We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment processors
- Free U.S. shipping applies to orders over $120; shipping costs are calculated at checkout for smaller orders
- Taxes will be calculated and applied according to your shipping address
5. Returns and Refunds
Because all Pawseternal products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns once production has begun. However:
- If you reject a design proof, we will work with you to revise it at no additional cost
- If a product arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will replace it free of charge
- If you cancel an order before proof approval, you may receive a refund minus any production costs incurred
- All refund requests must be made within 30 days of order
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
6. Shipping and Delivery
- All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to addresses within the United States
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services or weather conditions
- Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you
- Insurance and signature confirmation are available upon request
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with carrier tracking information
7. Intellectual Property Rights
